Course Description
This course is designed to empower women leaders in the US Virgin Islands (USVI), providing them with tools and strategies to break through barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields. The course will focus on leadership challenges unique to women in the territory, gender equity, and the importance of mentorship and networking. Participants will gain insights from historical and contemporary female leaders in the USVI, learn how to build confidence, and explore how to balance leadership roles with family and community responsibilities.
